The Department of Army regrets to announce that Spirit of America, the Army's premier community outreach program scheduled to take place in Portland, ME - Sept. 9-10; Bridgeport, CT -Sept. 16-17 and Allentown, Pa - Sept. 23-24, has been cancelled. The decision to cancel Spirit of America was not an easy one, but in light of current budget constraints the program has been suspended.
